What is your return policy?

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly contact our customer service team at hello@fliphouse-shop.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging and condition, complete with all tags intact.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item for quality assurance. Once approved, we’ll swiftly process your exchange order, ensuring you receive your desired item without delay.

Please be informed that shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are to be covered by the customer. Rest assured, you will receive an email with a tracking link once your exchange order is en route to you.

How do I track my order?

Please bear in mind that it might take up to 24 hours for our delivery partners to update your parcel's info after they pick it up. Your patience is greatly appreciated, and you can count on your package arriving within the expected timeframe. What are your shipping options and costs?

We currently offer online shipping exclusively, except during special events. Our trusted courier partner is Ninjavan.

During checkout, our system calculates shipping costs, both local and international based on the product's weight, dimensions, and delivery location. This ensures a straightforward and accurate shipping process for all orders!

Note: Please be aware that the availability of our services may differ based on the coverage region provided by our partners.

How do I know what size to order?

You can refer to the sizing chart on the product page for the item you're interested in.

Each style has its own detailed measurements to help you find the perfect fit. Take your measurements and compare them to the sizing info on the page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Absolutely! If you need to back out of your order, simply drop us a line at hello@fliphouse-shop.com with the details below.

Keep in mind, we'll consider your request, but you'll need a good reason, and you'll cover the shipping costs. Oh, and remember to hurry - we can't accept returns after 14 days!
